It's funny how life can transcend in an instance from promissing to a worm hole straight to the proverbial hell...but that's good (afterwards, because it teaches you many things and it thickens your skin just enough to help you pass the terribly suffocating anguish of unfair defeat).
Do!: take advantage of any conversation from which you feel you'll sponge some interesting information, involve yourself in impossible projects (as long as they are mind challenging and pocket-emptying-free), hope and dream, read as much as you can, enjoy nature while you still can, be nice to animals, have friends, watch movies, what you like as long as you don't hurt anyone (that includes yourself).
Don't!: willingly physically or mentally hurt yourself (it's not worth it...you do not know how long your life is, so it doesn't make any sense do deliberately shorten it, you cannot know what you might miss), be a jerk (not even with jerks), try to change stubborn persons' opinions (even if you are 100% right, you won't succeed and you'll get a stomach ache in the process), get upset when you don't win (when I won I was happy then unhappy, when I lost I was furious then serene, it's not all black and white, it's a very special shade of ochre).
Winning isn't really everything, losing isn't really the end, nothing is that easily defined and categorized when it comes to us simple/complicated/odd beings.
Win/lose...it does not matter…just have fun...Little Miss Sunshine!
